Yeah I know this is off topic. This does not pertain to at what age a person has slowed enough to be a Master, prize money or anything else related to bike racing. You can flame my white butt all you like. I put this out on our list because this issue has received limited media coverage and is time critical.
I put this on this forum because we have many dog owners and some may have somehow acquired this dog food from the east coast or have a friend that should know on the east coast. The following is an alert regarding Diamond brand dog food. As far as a reasonable person can tell this is no hoax.
From a forum I read -
In case you haven't seen the news or heard, there has been a recall on some dog foods made by Diamond Pet Foods. It has been recalled due to high levels of Alfatoxin, which damages the liver, many times leading to death.
Hundreds of dogs have fallen ill and/or died over the holidays since the recall, but most have vets and consumers are not aware, as the recall came out right before the holidays.
THIS IS NOT A HOAX

Since the food in question was produced at a particular facility, only certain states are affected. The following states and brands are affected:
States: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky (eastern), Main, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Vermont, and Virginia
