A. Best All Round Rider Competition.
Points for the BAR will be weighted based on attendance. i.e.
Races with 10 or less riders will get .5 of full points. Races
with 11-20 will receive .75 of full points. Races 100+ will
receive 1.50%.
B. Reduce fees to Race Organizers ? financial impact.
III. Rule Changes
IV. Election of Officers- There are six directors for OBRA. They
serve alternating two year terms.
Ron Magnus and Jeff Mitchem are up for re-election.
Nominations for others for consideration are being accepted.
Meg Mautner has been nominated to compete for the two open spots

Rule changes seem fair in general except perhaps for the women because
at PIR or road races, 20 is good size field, and often the field is
less, especially in any one category, let alone the whole group. Several
categories are often/usually combined to make a larger field and a rider
doesn't always know who she is racing against. That more men race than
women is not the women's fault. Then again, women aren't competing
against men, so maybe in the end it doesn't matter, as all the women
will be subject to the same rules.
