I'd have to agree with the "stick with the 9 speed" opinion. My
understanding is that most new wheels are 9/10 compatable (though some
might require a little different shimming). You can upgrade to 10 speed
as your budget allows.
Don't forget that in racing the neutral support wheels are more commonly
9 speed and therefore you're much less likely to have shifting problems
if you find yourself in the position to need one.

curious if moving to a 10 speed cassette will ripple through the rest of
