Good morning folks. I just wanted to let everyone know that I called

Jeff McHugh this morning and left a message on his phone telling him

basically the following:



I didn't want to let any ill feeling between him and cyclists persist.

And, that because I didn't hear the bit in question, but that I did hear

the information from a source that I considered reliable and

responsible, that I would like to come down to his station and listen to

it myself. I also offered the following:

That if I found that the bit was not offensive that I would take a 1/2

day off work and be of service to him in whatever way he saw fit,

whether that be to help them out with the Children's Cancer Association

or whatever.

That if I found it to be offensive that perhaps he could offer to do a

couple of PSA's promoting the current "Share The Road" campaign.



I asked him that if he felt that fair that he could either call me or

e-mail me and let me know either way.

Additionally, if I hear the bit and find that it is not offensive, I

will publicly apologize to this group and you guys can take me down to

Pioneer Courthouse Square and public ally humiliate me if you like

(p.s., I hope you don't actually do that though). :)
