I might be stating the obvious here, but most versions of Outlook have a "Rules Wizard" under Tools that allows you to manage this quantity of incoming e-mails from lists without affecting your day to day inbox


 

Simple steps:

Create a new folder under your Inbox and call it, say "OBRA"

Create a rule that says


 

Apply this message when e-mail arrives

With "OBRA Chat" in the subject line

Move it to the OBRA folder


 

Then, you can sort through what you're interested in at your leisure, instead of sifting through them every time you check your e-mail
