I. Review of growth in 2005. Overall membership grew by 18 %.

II. Review of financial records. OBRA continues to flourish. Funds are
being set aside to purchase a new vehicle.

II. Review of OBRA Programs

A. BAR program will remain the same with no reduction on points for
smaller races. However in non championship and/or Non National events
fields of 75 or more will accrue points at 50% more then standard.

B. Insurance surcharges for all race organizers will be reduced to
$1.00 per rider per day.

C. A Committee will be formed to research development of a
Scholarship fund for juniors in memory of Charles Christensen.

III. All rule changes as presented were approved.

IV. Brad Ross and Meg Mautner were elected to serve a two year term on the
Board of Directors.
