Hi Ken,

The DQ is for the first group only, not the entire field. By the way, this
is the third year in a row for mangled bodies, bikes, and ambulances across
the road within a mile of the finish. I'm relieved more people didn't get
hurt.

I should also mention that I was delighted to witness clean sprints from the
Men Cat 3 and Cat 1/2 this year.

Results for the Cherry Pie race will be posted later in the day on Monday.
Please accept my apologies for the problems that we had. A simple
officiating mistake set the shutter speed incorrectly and what we got was
riders with unreadable numbers. We were able to get full results on many of
the fields but for some of them you will see things like
1. Broadmark Riders
2. Red and white jersey, with Crysiums
3. Blue Jersey
4. ?

So think about your finish and when we post our results tomorrow if you can
help us place you and the riders that were with you it would be most
helpful.

I was not with the Cat 4 field but was told that the entire lead group was
dq'd due to violation of the 200 meter centerline rule. I will await those
posted results and most probably a note from the Chief Official
