Bring your Bike Friday, Cycleops Trainer, and 20" Cyclops Trainer Extension or equivalent. I don't think it's possible to train in Paris without being killed. Seriously.

You will have to drive outside the city to train on the road, and driving is very dangerous, too. People walk long distances in Paris or ride the bus.

If you make it down south a bit to Besacon, there are some great areas to ride down there. I did several races in that area area.
