Well, since I'm building a bike for Rachel...I'm
selling the bike
that earned me the "Golden Sandbagger." That's right,
the DeRosa
(essentially unridden) is going out the door.

Here's the scoop:

*DeRosa Cross Carbon (size 55c-t with 54.8 top-tube
c-c)?Dedaccai aluminum
frame with BEEFY carbon seatstays and chainstays as
well as painted
white carbon CCX fork.?Less than 100 miles.
*Ritchey WCS Carbon Seatpost?Less than 100 miles.
*Ritchey WCS Stem (12cm) ?Less than 100 miles.
*Ritchey WCS Bar (44 o-o) ?Less than 100 miles.
*Campy Chorus Integrated Headset?Less than 100 miles.
*Campy Record Carbon Left Brake Lever?Less than 100
miles.
*Campy Chorus Carbon Right Ergo Lever?Less than 100
miles.
*Campy Record Aluminum Crankset with 42 tooth Single
Ring ?Less than 3000 miles.and
Wetzikon Double Bash Guards?Less than 100 miles.
*Campy Chorus BB?Less than 100 miles.
*Pauls NeoRetro Front and Touring Rear Canti Brakes
(Black) ?Less than 100 miles.
*FSA RD400 Wheelset?Less than 3000 miles.
*Campy Chorus Cogset?Less than 100 miles.
*Ritchey Cross Tires?Less than 100 miles.
*Campy Chorus Aluminum Rear Derailleur?Less than 3000
miles.

Almost all the components are new (less than 100
miles). The
crankset, rear derailleur, and wheels are used (less
than 3,000
miles).

Complete bike $2300 (that's just $100 more than the
retail price for
the frame/fork)

Frame/fork: $1400 (The retail on this bike is $2200)

Other combinations are possible, but I won't sell the
parts off the bike until the
frame/fork are sold.

Feel free to forward this to friends, family, or
anyone else who
might be interested.

Call with questions. Here's a picture of the frame
and fork when it
was displayed in Milan. It was subsequently stripped
of parts and
shown at InterBike where I purchased the frame/fork.

This bike really is gorgeous and light...A fantastic
bike for those
of you wanting a very unique bike (only 2 were brought
into the U.S.
last year) that is infinitely race-ready.

Cheers,
