Dear friends;

I need some advice! I have just ordered; what I think the Doctors would
approve; a three wheeled bicycle!

I am a former couch potatoes; one who has had two Mini-Strokes and Open
hear surgery! I do not wish to give up yet, I know that I must do my best to
slowly regain my stamina! I realize that having had open heart surgery I
can not compete with you for many years!

I am a diabetic as well

I'm sending this also to my Doctors and Diabetic instructors but, I was
wondering if some of you good people would give me the benefit of your
advice for a training regiment!

I am 59 years old, I was morbidly overweight but I'm slowly loosing
weight and inches! I'm giving up my automobile; and I was the step-son of an
automobile dealer:; yet I would curtail the use of my automobile except for
trips to the V.A. Hospital!

Any advice that all of you could give me would greatly be appreciated!
