This is off topic but...
Keen Footwear is moving to Portland, officially by next week. One of the issues is filling a very few job slots. One of those is for a Dealer Service Rep, an inside job.
Without listing the entire job description let me give a couple of points.
a.. The candidate needs 1 to 3 years customer service experience, ideally in an outdoor equipment manufacturing environment. Obviously if that experience comes from the shoe industry it's best, but we can talk.
b.. Primary customers are dealers and any issues they may have, so patience, a meticulous approach and willingness for the extra effort are critical.
