J. Michael,
This is a significant issue. Race venues have been lost in the past due
to littering and or urinating in public. I care and I know others care.
There is no excuse at a venue where we even have several flush toilets
in a couple of locations, not just a couple of out houses that serve
both male and female populations.

This is not about public humiliation. This is about have a wonderful
variety of venues and a cycling community that values what we have here
in the great NW.

I think I speak for the majority when I say we really don't care who it
was.
And what difference does it make anyway? Are you planning some kind of
public humiliation? Are we going to brand this person by making them
wear a big yellow P on thier chest?
