All I think Mike is trying to say is that the person was punished by the
DQ and at that point, there is no point in have the entire OBRA
community pursue it further with respect to the individual. I think we
all agree that if there are bathrooms available they should be used.

What difference does it make anyways? Hello... Anyone there? The
difference is if this were to continue then we could loose another race
venue. In the case of PIR that could be 40 plus races out of the year
because they could decide to get rid of all the bicycle racing at the
course. That is road, cross and short track MTB.
