Another good reason for riding fixed-gear in urban settings: ya don't
get crazy on descents, cause you're scrubbing your speed to keep the rpm
manageable. Takes some of the thrills away, but that control makes it
hard to break any speed limits!
Jeff, thanks for the heads-up on this concern from Riverview. I hope
cyclists aren't banned from this important (and beautiful) route!
