There's a hobby shop on N Interstate that has plastic "skin" for
model airplane construction. It's heat-shrink mylar. The same stuff
that Nosler's J-disks were made of. A pattern for cutting the stuff
is pretty easy (and intuitive), and gluing it to itself at the gusset
and to the rim are conceptually easy... if potentially really messy
should you not think through your clamping techique. I used a track
J-disk at Masters worlds and liked it a lot.
