Don is correct that you can get Campy spaced cassettes that work on Shimano wheels, but last year I raced on three different wheel sets, all using Shimano 10-speed cassettes with Campy 10-speed shifters, and they worked flawlessly despite what Campy and Shimano claim.

Doesn't anyone in OBRA land go to bike stores? Anyway shimano and campagnolo 10 does not go together. You can put shimano 10 speed on 9 and or 8 spd cassette bodies. However FYI you cannot put 9 or 9 on a new durace (ie 2005 to 2007) wheel. You will need to use the small spacer that comes with the new 10 spd dura ace cassette if used with an older body. You can buy aftermarket cassettes that go on a shimano body but are spaced for campagnolo.
