Steve Brown (the velodrome guy) and I met with Senator Jason Atkinson in Salem yesterday to discuss the effort to bring a velodrome to Portland.

In the next few weeks, we will need to organize our support around this bill and work with Sen. Atkinson, The Portland Velodrome Committe (website coming soon), and the Southern Oregon bike racing community to do whatever we can to pass this bill.
