yeah Chris, I am not a real frame builder, i have added pump pegs , cable stops, and fixed many cracked frames (on older heavier gauge frames mainly.. well and my ugly race bike too, ugliest in obra i am sure...) ,
but if you need water bottle bosses, I would be doing it kind of loosely.. ie Tony probably has Jig, he could do it quickly and easily, and of course accurately, While it might take me awhile to get things lined up and i might mess it up... and i finely don't think i have the water bottle thingys.
