No, it didn't happen like that at all. What happened was the entire field blew thru a stop sign without stoping and got ticketed 400 hundred Euros each! Levi won the stage as he had been reading the obra chat and realized he had to stop!

so here is my guess based on info provided so far(promise I have not watched yet)
Large breakaway with jens voigt and david zabriskie in it, gets caght in the last 15 mintutes but zabriskie and voight jump off the front just as they get caught and duo time trail in and barely stay ahead, voigt gives the stage to zabriskie for pullin so much.
thats a long shot huh
