Your enthusiasm is awesome, and while I hope all OBRA women participate in the survey, I also would like to reach the larger women's cycling community, so talk to your female friends who you think might be inspired as you are. One of the goals of this survey, as well as the recent increase of women-specific racing support such as clinics and mentoring, etc., is to get more women racing. So many athletic, competitive women still see this either as a "man's sport" or just don't believe they can do it. We are all living proof that "Yes, you can!"

The more women who start racing, the more that will upgrade, and the better the racing will be for everyone across the board.
