We should probably ban water bottles also. Those things get dropped all the time and become road hazards. Also a duck could choke on the poppet. Goo wrappers can be slippery and another chocking hazard for woodland creatures. If you slip on a goo wrapper and fall on your number, you could get stuck by a safety pin so spray adhesive only should be used to secure numbers but only if the propellant poses no danger to the ozone layer which could cause skin cancer and global warming and / or cooling.
