Are you guys all on crack out there? Seriously do some research before you
write into this. The directors tell the racers what to do, and the racers
do what the directors tell them to do. They put in a lot of extra junk
miles the first week. Most of their heart rates wern't even over 130. Come
on you guys you can save a lot of energy drafting and waiting to attack when
you need to. That is exactly what Contrador did. I think they are all
amazing no matter what they are doing on the side it really doesn't matter.
They are all amazing to make it through a whole three weeks!
