I know it can be dangerous to getting involved with a contradiction
to George, kind of like trying to hold Tim Luther on your hip high
into turn one at Alpenrose on the bell lap of a matched sprint, but I
think the one time request for capital funding is not a bad idea.
Every couple a years we need a few new things. That is the time to
ask. If there is a serious need for capital funding, suggest someone
establish a committee, develop a plan and see how it works. Beyond
that, a simple request for money to buy some new stuff is simple enough.
