"The outer cage plate of the Force front derailleur is precisely shaped to
allow you to use all 10 cogs on your cassette while you're in the big
chainring with minimal chain rub. And when you're in the small chainring the
Force DoubleTap shift lever will allow you one trim adjustment based on your
chain angle, allowing you to use any cog in complete silence when you're in
the small ring."
I'd check your derailleur alignment. I never get chain rub in the big ring,
and can trim in the lower as advertised. And that 50-26 combo I have got
used a LOT this last weekend. = )
