Great idea. The Parks Dept., however, is very strict about usage at Mt
Tabor. I feel confident in saying that this would never fly.

I did receive some useful suggestions from other list members, thank you. I
really don't think construction will be an issue, but you never know... this
is all very much plan "B" planning.
