I _think_ the national championships were at Tabor in 1967, but I know
nothing about the precise course used. The '71 Nats were (IIRC) held at the
"old nationals course" AKA the Baptist Bible College course in Salem.

Somewhat related: sometime around 1970 the US Road Nationals were held
on Tabor...that must have been a really tough course! (and they used a
larger circuit than what we currently use...this was before my time,
anyone know what the course was??? what year???)
