Re: Racing in Eugene

Before this escalates any further into a Portland vs. Eugene debate-

There's no doubt about it, the southern valley (and south) has a great
crew of people.

Sal, Mike, Jim, Orion, Galen, Brian, Eric, Richard to name just a few
folks who do really great things for racing. I for one will do
anything and everything to help continue to support races all over
Oregon.

Here's what we are looking for help with:

1. Mike will be unable to host the truck at his place starting in
May. (he needs time to help take care of a family member)
2. Thus, we need someone to host the truck.
3. In addition to hosting the truck, we need that individual to check
the truck in and out for inventory purposes (to make sure items are
not lost). This person would be paid to do these duties.
4. We are looking for additional officials to help out with the
Eugene Roubaix. (Which is an AWESOME race by the way... despite my
DNF'ing it last year). Having Eugene officials help keep costs down
for promoters.

So far the folks who have stepped up are:

Chief Ref: Luciano
Chief Judge: Stacia Hood
Officials:
Galen Mittermann
Brian Vollmer-Buhl
We need an additional person for the morning or a full day person.

Remember, Sal can't do everything- he's got a full time job too. (his
current project is hilarious)

So... if anyone else can help, it would be fantastic.

Thanks!
