brice stivers
Matthew-
Here's my two cents! Bontrager Superjuice is only to be used with
Bontrager Tubeless Ready tires according to the wheel systems manager at
Trek, it also states it on the label in fine print. I don't use tubeless
but have had a great experience with Troo Goo sealed tubes, and supposedly
they work to seal Tubeless tires as well. He's a one man operation
(chemist) out of Colorado and his product rocks! We sold this sealant in
bulk at the shop I worked at along the Front Range where goatheads are in
abundance and received nothing but rave reviews from customers. During my
tour down the coast I cut a Continental Top Touring 2000 tire(these are
thick tires), after viewing the tire with the tube exposed I decided to pump
up the tire and ride it out, the sealant held for miles! I eventually
stopped to change the tire though, it felt like a horribly out of round
wheel, I'm sure it would have held for sometime. Check out his website, we
may have go in on an order of this stuff and I believe he sells direct!
