ALthough I liked watching Ax Men (it reminded me of why I got out of the logging/woodproducts industry), I dont think the TV show or the participants destroyed the road. I believe the road was so badly damaged that it has not been repaired yet. If you watched the show when the storm hit, it was quite a blow to the area. :(
