I commute by bike because it makes me feel like a stud. ;-) It's 14.5
miles to work, so I don't do it every day, but when I do I feel good
about myself. Hoenstly, riding my motorcylcle is probably cheeper (55
mpg per gal vs extra calories of GOOD food I reward myself with) but
riding my bicycle give me a nice endorphin rush and I am less stressed
when I get to work. As a bonus I get to ride past stopped traffic over
the I-5 bridge coming home.

What I am trying to find out is if there is a common reason why people commute; exercise, money, environment, etc. If you wouldn't mind, could you please take a minute to shoot me an email about why you commute by bike. It doesn't have to be anything long and drawn out, but that works too. Thank you all very much. e_provost@hotmail.com
