i don't know what it is like this year, but based on past years.. the 4/5's pace on monday night are typically the same, a lot of times slightly harder, then the  3/4's on tuesday night.  But it depends on who shows up.

As my 16 year old would say, on Monday you have to be old.
Also, the 4/5s on Mondays do 16ish laps.  On Tuesday it's more like 4.  The 3/4s on Tuesdays run longer races.
