Normal bike normal helmet, It can get hot on that climb. It is too steep for a TT bike as they say you get no advantage from the aero position when you go below 16mph.
Ian McKissick broke the course record on his TT bike last year at the Wa Hill Climb champs, but Crystal Mtn Blvd is a lot faster than Timberline
