Very nice whatever works!
fyi, going up with the handlebars (ie taller stem) has the same effect as going back with the handlebars(shorter stem). City Bikes, and etc, sell a wide variety of used stems cheap....
I have a cheap, but sturdy (meaning not-that-light) 700c, approx 54 cm Effective Top tube
Frame, Fork, headset. Specialized cross roads. Thinking $40. any cheaper i may take a hacksaw too it and use the tubing elsewhere or maybe make into a tandem... 26.8 seatpost. hangers for cantilever brakes. Also if the frame ever breaks, i will fix it for you free... not that it will ever break.

Hello OBRA,
I noticed several people have posted to the OBRA list looking for
small cross bikes.
This link has several options:

The idea which led me to her site, is the fabulous,"ghetto-cross":

I am sure some of you will try to explain why this is a really bad
idea, but for under 200$... it will be GREAT!
