No, Marijuana is not a performance enhancing drug. While there are a few
cited benefits to smoking (emphasis a few), the negative effects of the drug
out weigh its use.
On inhalers: It depends on the type of inhaler and the drug being inhaled.
You can get a medical waiver for your inhaler, however, it only enlarges
the magnifying lens officials will look at you through.

And, No, you cannot get a medical waiver for marijuana...ever.

Note: Regardless of the drug(s) you take, whether supplements, prescribed,
or recreational, you can still test positive for drugs and be excluded from
