Active.com was setting something up online in conjunction with Joe
Friel's "Training Bible" series. It's at http://www.trainingbible.com
or you can link to it from http://www.active.com. I haven't tried it
but it looks like you can sign up and you get a 7-day free trial of all
the site's tools. After that you can continue to use some of them free
and pay a fee if you want to use the others. If you try it out, post a
message telling us what you think. I just never got around to trying
it, and given my status this season (recovering from a back injury), I
probably won't get around to it until later.
