Just another fine idea from the folks at USAC. I would assume that they
don't have exactly an excess of people wanting to host Natz of any sort
since they are no longer providing monetary support for them, they cost
money to put on, the sponsorships are mostly tied up with theirs, etc. USAC
is limited to picking from the people that are still willing to bid for the
events.
