If I get too cold on a road or mtb ride I stop and run in place until the

feet are warm again, or I will pedal standing and move my toes as much as

possible. I know that stopping isn't the best thing but it's better than

doing the entire ride feeling miserable.

 I also agree with Smartwool socks over liners if you have room in the

the world straight outta' my hometown Sheboygan, WI, and my step-dad just

might be the man that makes 'em for you.
