start at 6:30 on Monday
Tuesday night is by category cat 4/5 at 6:15, Cat 3/4 at 6:30 and Cat 1/2/3
at 6:45. They start on Tuesdays in April, and the MOnday night starts in May

I live in Bend but will be visiting Portland several times this
summer. I've poked around on the OBRA web site but can't find any
information about the PIR events. Does anyone have a URL or an old email
that can tell me about it?
