Yahoo delays delivery of the OBRA Chat emails long enough (sometimes)
that the email program assumes they're undelivered and it keeps
trying. We're pretty sure that's the issue (you're not the only one).

If you have a non-yahoo account, you might prefer to use that email or
to read the archives.
