Okay... this must be the first OBRA race I have ever seen canceled due to weather. Not even the State Championships held in Madras (despite the humungous rainstorm the night before) with mud all over the road and water 1-2 inches deep in spots resulted in a cancellation.

That being said, I think that discretion is the better part of valor.
