Maybe some sort of list needs to be established so that each team knows if
they have an official or not. Personally I think having an official (or
multiple like Guinness has) helps when it comes to issues on rules or
decisions made by officials. That way you have someone on your team you can
ask about a rule, race ruling, etc.
