I'd say if you don't know if your team has an official, time for
someone to sign up for training (if no one knows, the answer is likely
"no")! Or ask your team members if they're trained. I'm not sure
maintaining a list would be a huge help...but maybe I'm missing
something here. Teams without email lists of their own (but big enough
to not know if team mates have done the official's training)?
