They stopped, which was pretty inevitable as he smashed his grill out. The
11 year old in the passenger seat seemed pretty freaked out, and rightly so.
I did not meet the driver but was told he was there. Police were taking
statements when I left, and as I did not witness it didn't take one from any of
our group. Looked like a simple case of driver not seeing or underestimating
the speed of a descending bike and turning left in front of him.
