Hammer Recoverite is great.  The new strawberry flavor is so good I
want to recover twice.

I've been doing a cheaper alternative - mix bulk maltodextrin powder
($1/lb) with HammerWhey (which has glutamine) or HammerSoy.  Mix in
carb/protein proportions for 4:1.  Flavor with whatever you like.
