I don't have a problem with you following your son on the course. It's a great idea. You have to make sure you are not helping him. I followed my son last year and just made sure he didn't get lost and that was it. He even got a flat and had to change it him self. I followed my son on 2 races then he was on his own. If you pushing your son to go faster it is unfair to the kids who are out on there own. I really love seeing the kids out racing. It is so good for the sport and its our future.

I will be bringing both of my sons (9 and 10) to the Chainbreaker. one races, the other doesn't. neither do i (for now..) but i DO need to be on the course making sure the one that does race, stays safe. will there be any other parents out there with kids that my younger son hang out with until the racer boy and i return? My younger son is 9. he is really into Star Wars at the moment.

thank you,
Eric
