For those of you coming or thinking about coming to Pickett's Charge
this year here is a preview. We have had some rain showers which
should continue during the week This will make for excellent trail
conditions.
We have changed the course this year. It will be shorter but with more
fun single track. The shorter course is 80% single track and the long
course is 90% single track.
We have added a more technical section of trail for all categories. It
is only about 1 kilometer long, but it will offer a challenge for all
riders. It will be well marked with arrows warning you of the more
technical sections. This is a slow speed section no drops, jumps or
steep bits just sections of lava rocks. I have had many of our team
review the course and all levels have said it will be fun.
