Think of short track as cyclocross without the mud, dismounts, and
runups.
You'll be fine. If you have both a CX bike and an MTB give each one a
try-- they'll handle differently but each will be fun!
I actually had a hard time deciding which bike to race each week-- CX
bike or MTB? CX bike or MTB??
