Not sure on the insurance aspect but Seth Hosmer at HP chiropractic is excellent. I've used him for coaching, fit and assessment. A teammate crashed badly and Seth was able to really help him back to wellness.
Seth is a well known Cat 1/2 and won the 40K TT last year in 51:25.
