This is all well and good, but the glass/brick monstrosity known as Memorial
Coliseum will remain as it is right now: An unused glass house that is
hoisted as a 'shrine' to a long lost 'Blazers Era'. It serves no real
purpose, other than being a drain on the tax rolls (do they even collect
taxes on it?).
Tear the damn thing down and build the baseball stadium in its place and make
the Rose Garden part of a entertainment district like most other major
metropolitan cities have done.
