Luciano bailey

It is a great idea and one I have personally lead the parade for the last decade what is still in question is why we want a velodrome in Memorial. If it is to serve only as an elite venue (ADT) center LA than I say ney, if this would bring back the spirit of 1904 Madison Square Garden then bring it on.
